“Joining Aspen was probably one of the smartest things I have done.  I was overweight and heading down a path of possibly becoming obese.  I knew I had to do something when I ran out of excuses that I could not longer fit into my clothes.  My trainer, Laura, and her kick butt workouts helped me gain back my confidence, energy, and motivation I had lost throughout the years.  She also showed me healthier versions of some of my favorite foods and healthy snack options. “I started at a size 14 weighing 165 lbs, after working with my personal trainer, Tyler, I am now a size 6 and weigh 125 lbs.  I have learned that by having a trainer, you don’t have to go on a special diet or even workout daily.  You do have be willing to change your lifestyle and your eating habits.  By cutting fast food, greasy foods, drinking less soda, and working out for an hour, three days a week with Tyler, I am now in better shape than I have been for 20 years.  I am loving how I look and feel!”

“I was at another fitness center and decided to switch to Aspen because of the wide variety of equipment, reasonable cost, and individualized trainers who were willing to work with me to achieve my goals.I now have more energy.  I am stronger, feel better and have more stamina since working with my trainer Matt. He encourages me, provides me with a wide variety of exercises so I am never bored and he inspires me to keep going. I am thankful for Matt and Aspen for what they do to help me achieve my goals for a healthier lifestyle.”

I was over 400 pounds and realized that I was choosing to write my own death sentence unless I did something about it. I started with a national nutritional program and walking to the end of my block. I realized I needed help building strength & additional motivation to reach my goal.  I joined Aspen & they paired me with my trainer, Ben, and the work began.  I not only lost weight, I built my balance and strength to a level that I had never experienced.  Ben pushes me to a higher level every day.  I truly appreciate his support.

Training with my trainer, Nate, helped me change from an “I’ll try” attitude to an “I can” attitude in all aspects of my life.  Not only am I healthier and stronger than I have ever been, but I am now a Group Fitness Instructor at Aspen!  I appreciate everything (Aspen) has helped me accomplish and I can’t wait to give that back to other members.

As an ex-collegiate wrestler, I have always struggled with weight gain.  When I started working with a trainer, I was 210 lbs and 30% body fat.  I was looking for a more natural way to get into shape and live a healthy lifestyle. Ben showed me combining cardio training with intense weight training is the key.  I like they way he pushes me to the point of failure and encourages me to do more each and every session, just like I did back when I wrestled.  I would not have been able to have this success without the support of Ben & Aspen!

All my life I have been overweight; it was something I constantly battled with growing up and continued as a young adult.
I was 25 years old, 320 lbs and did not want to be overweight the rest of my life. I joined Aspen in October of 2007 and that is when met, Nate, my trainer. I have since lost 145 lbs, 53.25 inches, and 34% body fat! He has been a guide, resource, and friend through this amazing transformation.  If it was not for Nate’s encouragement & motivation, I may have given up a long time ago.

When I first started working out with Deb, my trainer, I was at my heaviest at 205 pounds. I was unhappy with how I looked & felt. I was tired all the time. I did not want to look in the mirror.
Deb gave me some tough love to keep me focused and reminded me that I am doing this for myself. All my hard work is paying off. I have lost 55 lbs, 81.5 inches and 13% body fat. Aspen & Deb have changed my life.

I joined Aspen in November of 2007 and I have since lost 118 lbs, 73.5 inches and 20.3% body fat! I did all of this with the help of my personal trainer Laura Brammeier, she has continued to push me when I felt like quitting and she encourages me to keep going and never give up. She has been a true inspiration to me every step of the way. I admit that it has not been easy and I complain ALOT but she has sincerely changed my life. Thank you so much Laura for believing in me, I never could have done it without you!
