TBE – 10 Week Program


Aspen’s 10 week program will take any participant at any fitness level to the NEXT level. Participants will lose weight, increase cardiovascular fitness, improve strength and endurance, increase lean body mass and decrease body fat all in a fun and friendly environment. Participants can expect to see and feel the changes in their bodies! Guided by our certified trainers and instructors, participants will be supported through every step of the program.

Classes are designed to progress from basic to advanced training techniques utilizing kettlebells, spinning, body weight training, agility training, metabolic training, stretching and more. Alternating days of cardiovascular work with strength work will allow for maximum effort to be exerted during the workouts and provide the necessary recovery time for muscles to repair and grow stronger. The variety of classes will constantly keep the body working effectively while also keeping the mind challenged and the atmosphere fun!

Participants will progress at their own pace with an emphasis on personally challenging themselves physically and mentally. With individualized attention, this program is appropriate for ALL FITNESS LEVELS and will challenge everyone from the novice to the most advanced exerciser.

Morning, Mid-Day, &  Evening Class times available.  Enrollment limited to the first 30 people per class!   Cost: $219/members and $289/non-members.
